Kueen Fit Refund Policy Disclaimer

All sales made through Kueen Fit are final. Due to the digital nature of our meal plans and the customization of our print-on-demand products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.

1. Digital Products
All digital products, including personalized meal plans, are delivered via email immediately upon purchase. Because of the instant access and customization involved, no refunds or exchanges will be issued for digital products.
2. Supplements
Supplements sold by Kueen Fit are made by third-party manufacturers and labeled under the Kueen Fit brand. All supplement sales are final once shipped. Refunds or exchanges will only be issued if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to report any issues.
3. Print-on-Demand Products
All clothing and merchandise are custom-made through print-on-demand services. Therefore, all sales are final. Refunds or exchanges will only be offered in cases where the product arrives damaged or defective. If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product with photos and a description of the issue.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a product is returned due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the order.

If you receive a damaged or defective product and are eligible for a refund or exchange, please contact us at support@kueenfit.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your order details and a description of the issue.
6. Changes to Refund Policy
